The season opener for the touring Cheese & Chilli Festival, pitching up in Christchurch for a weekend where two of Britain's great obsessions - fierce heat and good dairy - share a field without coming to blows. Expect rows of independent traders, street food, bars, live music and a chilli-eating contest for the brave.
